What to know for your first Bootcamp

The Bootcamp class is a mix of Kettlebells, Barbells, Indian Clubs, Calisthenics, and Core workouts. All levels train together and beginners will be taught any exercises they don’t know. Workouts are scaled to suit every fitness level.
