It will be mostly an overall fitness program which is very easy to tailor to individual goals, such as strength or weight loss. It’s a short, intense class, designed to get you back to your day as soon as possible.

    The class is designed to be done in your own time at any point from lunch until evening, and will take about 40 minutes to an hour. The program is fully scalable, making it as much of a challenge as you need, regardless of you fitness or experience level..
