What to know for your first school run class

The Drop the kids – Drop the Kilos class is all about getting parents who may feel they haven’t got the time to train anymore, back into the routine of regular exercise. Classes are scaled so that any level of fitness can train at whatever intensity they want.

Cardio Fitness is aerobics, sports and strength combined, incorporating your entire body. If you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level.
